These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pgtaya ("pgtaya," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pgtaya website located at pgtaya.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on pgtaya: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of pgtaya and its affiliated entities; (d) individuals who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive.

pgtaya is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID) before withdrawals are processed or at any other time pgtaya deems necessary. Failure to complete identity verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgtaya account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pgtaya will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You agree to notify pgtaya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. pgtaya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
All information provided to pgtaya must be truthful and accurate. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
pgtaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. pgtaya does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time at pgtaya's discretion, with notice provided to registered players.
pgtaya aims to process all withdrawal requests within one (1) business hour for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional identity verification is required. pgtaya reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All transactions on the pgtaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pgtaya does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

pgtaya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Determination of bonus abuse is at pgtaya's sole discretion.
pgtaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress, except where fraud or abuse is suspected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgtaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if pgtaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, pgtaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pgtaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pgtaya and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.
pgtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pgtaya determines in its sole discretion that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to pgtaya, other players, or third parties; or (e) pgtaya is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination for cause, pgtaya reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balance in your account pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your pgtaya account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 — shall continue in full force and effect.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
If you believe pgtaya has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or such other regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over pgtaya's operations.
pgtaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pgtaya will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the pgtaya Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
